The Community Partnership for Selly Oak(CP4SO) and Selly Oak Area Caretaker Society, is working with Accord Housing and Planning for Real to regenerate Selly Oak and develop local family housing.
We aim to create a Selly Oak Community Development Trust organised and run by local people. The Trust will own assets like family housing and other properties and operate them for the benefit of the local area.
Along with this, it will also provide services to employ local people to regenerate and improve the area. The prime aim of the Trust is social benefit not profit - Selly Oak: A better, healthier place for those who live and work there.
We have a proposed site and now we want your ideas on what is the best way to use it.
